Science Funnel Sets Airdate for Ridley Scott's Prophets of Sci-fi
Prophets of Sci-fi Director Ridley Scott's eight-part series Prophets of Sci-fi has arrived a premiere date, starting Wednesday, November 9 on Science.Scott can serve as narrator for that show, which stories legendary sci-fi creative minds for example H.G. Wells, Isaac Asimov and Jules Verne and George Lucas. Prophets will start having a profile of Frankenstein author Mary Shelley.The very first four episodes will air Wednesdays at 10 p.m. through November, and return for an additional four episodes in Feb.Scott states the series "would be the definitive search for science fiction's capability to spark real-world genius... For a long time I've been intrigued using the link between creative inspiration and scientific progress.
